Documents required for scholarship
Necessary the submission of an online application, the applicant is required to print a printed copy of the application form and attach the following supporting documents:
- Copies of the applicant’s CNIC and B. Forms
- A copy of the CNIC (for the father, mother, or guardian)
- A copy of the father’s or guardian’s salary slip or income certificate
- If the applicant guardian is a daily wage labourer, a shopkeeper, or has a private employment, or if the applicant guardian’s family income is less than Rs. 45,000, an Income Certificate on Rs. 50/- stamp paper is required to be attached.
- Copies of your most recent six-month utility bills (electricity, gas, telephone, and water) – (If applicable)
- When renting a house, you must provide a copy of the rental agreement.
- Copies of the applicant’s and siblings’ most recent fee receipts (If applicable)
- Copies of medical invoices and other expenditure-related paperwork (if applicable)
- 1 photograph of the applicant in the format of a passport
- 1 Photograph of the front of the house taken from the outside
