- All applicants must take the Accuplacer FEAT (Forman Entrance Admission Test) administered by FCCU, which tests English and math skills. In addition to FEAT:
- BS Biotechnology requires a subject-specific test.
- BS Computer Science requires two additional math tests (Quantitative Reasoning, Algebra and Statistics, and Advanced Algebra and Functions).
- Students applying for BS Biotechnology must have studied Biology at Intermediate or any other equivalent qualification (A-Level, High School or IB).
- Requirements to apply for BS Computer Science:
- Mathematics studies at intermediate level or any other equivalent qualification. Students with pre-medical (intermediate) degrees or equivalent are also eligible to apply. If admitted, must pass two 6-credit hour mathematics deficiency courses in the first year of baccalaureate studies.
- A minimum of 50% marks at intermediate level or other equivalent qualifications is required.
- Admission is based on previous academic performance, FEAT score and supplementary tests (if applicable).
- Copies of Board Presidents’ Committee (IBCC) equivalency certificates must be submitted by students coming from GCE O/A-Level, High School or IB backgrounds.
- Admission requirements are the same (as stated above) for students transferring from other universities to FCCU.
